What you receive
A written plan, sent on a date agreed at the visit. It explains what we found in plain language, what we recommend and why, and what each option would cost.
It's yours to keep and use however you like, including to brief another provider.

Usually one to two hours on site, including out-of-hours areas and existing systems.

Is the survey really free?
Yes. There's no charge for the survey or the written plan, and no obligation to use us afterwards. Some clients use the plan to brief their existing provider.
How long does the visit take?
Most single sites take one to two hours on site. Larger or multi-building sites are scoped with you first, so the visit is planned around your day.
Who should be there?
Ideally someone who knows how the site runs day to day, such as a facilities or site manager. A short walk-round together is more useful than a formal meeting.
What should we have ready?
Any record of past incidents, details of existing cameras or alarms, and your opening and delivery hours. If you don't have these to hand, we'll work through them together.
Is what we share kept confidential?
Yes. Survey notes, photos and the resulting plan are shared only with the people you nominate and stored securely.
