Mobilisation, in detail
The start date is agreed in your plan, typically around two weeks after sign-off for a single site. This is what happens in between.
Assignment instructions
Site-specific routines, contacts and escalation routes, written with you and signed off before go-live.
Officer selection and screening
Officers chosen for the environment, with licences and screening checked before their first shift.
Site induction
Every officer walks the site with a supervisor and is signed off against the instructions.
Systems connection
Cameras, alarms and patrol checkpoints connected to our control room and tested end to end.
Handover from a previous provider
Planned with both parties. Where TUPE applies, eligible officers transfer across with the contract, so the site keeps familiar faces.
Go-live check
Your account lead is on site for the first shifts to fix anything that doesn't work as planned.
Reporting you'll actually read
Every patrol scan, alarm and incident is logged as it happens, and the full log is yours to see whenever you ask.
Each morning you get a short summary: what was covered, anything that needs your attention, and what we've already done about it. Monthly reports show trends, response times and recommendations.
