CCTV and incident records

Footage is captured only for security purposes agreed with our clients. Access is limited to authorised staff, and footage is shared only with the client, insurers or law enforcement where there is a lawful reason to do so.

How long we keep information

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Footage and incident records are kept in line with each client's retention schedule and then securely deleted.
